What is Pequecamp?
Pequecamp is a fun and educational space for children aged 4 to 7.
What do we do at Pequecamp?
We do a lot of things. We're going to tell you about some of them so you can get an idea of the concept behind our 1-day camp:
- Get to know the animals that live there.
- Playing in the Super Olympics of popular games.
- Manufacture prehistoric fashion accessories.
- Jumping in puddles.
- Drawing on stone, like in ancient cave paintings.
- Practice games to exercise memory.
All this in a stunning setting like the one offered by the Posada Niña Margarita, nestled between the Horconera and Gallinera mountains, in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas. A place where you can breathe fresh air while watching countless bird species soar, where you can truly feel the pulse of nature.
Here is the full program for the day:
SATURDAY, APRIL 9, 2016
Groups: 25-30 children between 3 and 7 years old
- 09:00 Reception
- 09:30 We began the activity. We formed three groups of 10 children per monitor, grouping them by age. We met our mascots: Dominique the goat, Chaca the sheep, María Pig the pig, Crococó the hens, Little Pío the chicks, and Cuacuá the ducklings.
- 10:00 – 11:30 The Super Olympics!! We'll have Sack Races, Dirt Skiing, Egg and Spoon Races…
- 11:30 Breakfast. A smoothie or juice with a pastry to make the morning sweeter.
- 12:00 – 13:30 Necklace and Bracelet Workshop. We'll use seashells and conches to make beautiful necklaces. We'll also use other natural elements to make a super cool keychain that looks like a duck's head.
- 14:00 Lunch.
- 15:00 – 16:30 Stone painting workshop. We will make natural pigments to paint on the stones in the garden of the Posada Niña Margarita.
- 16:30 Have you ever seen how fun it is to jump over a puddle?
- 17:00 Snack. A small piece of bread with oil and sugar and a little bit of chocolate.
- 17:30 – 19:00 The Memory Game. In a box, there are six objects from the surrounding environment (leaves, a dry branch, a stone, etc.). After looking at them for a minute, the children have to find those same objects in the meadow where we are doing the activity. The one who finds the most similar objects wins. We will work on memory and retention.
- 19:00 – 20:30 We're going to build a cabin. When we, your parents, were young, we enjoyed building ourselves a hut where we could take shelter and hide our most precious treasures.
- 20:30 Diploma presentation and farewell.
A perfect day out for the little ones. Don't let them miss it.

Hello, the proposed activities for adults are:
Tomorrow: Hiking
Afternoon: Natural cosmetics workshop
The price for both activities plus lunch, which consists of rice, is 12 euros. If you only do one activity plus lunch, the price is 10 euros.
